Slipeskive Pferd Tools CD VRH 75 A 180 M

The CD VRH product range from Pferd Tools comprises hard non-woven discs for machining metal surfaces. It enables the removal of pre-grinding marks, oxidation residues and small burrs, whilst at the same time providing a matt or satin finish.

 

Features:

The VRH range is suitable for the general machining of small and medium-sized metal surfaces. It is used to remove pre-grinding marks, reduce oxidation marks, carry out light deburring, clean, texturise, refine surfaces and finish weld seams. The hard non-woven material, combined with the corundum A abrasive, ensures a uniform surface finish. For small workpieces or those with many edges, the VRW variant is preferable due to its greater adaptability. The CD clamping system enables quick tool changes thanks to its internal threaded connection. Furthermore, the system impresses with its ease of use, virtually vibration-free operation and high stability without sticking, slipping or detaching. COMBIDISC backing pads are available separately.
