Gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle. This device's unique knockout centre fits OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. This mini gate valve lockout features injection-moulded polypropylene construction for superior impact and chemical resistance. It is designed to withstand temperatures from 20°F to 300°F, and it accommodates OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. Danger labels in English, Spanish and French are included
